Who are we?
ELITE GIRLS Mentoring is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. EGM provides knowledge and resources to educate, expose, and empower girls to develop leadership skills and promote personal mental health. EGM’s signature programs and initiatives are Inspire HER Program, 8 week leadership development program. Prepare for Excellence (P4E) Summit, exposure to workforce development skills and college preparation resources.
Why is EGM needed?
EGM provides a safe and nurturing environment for young girls to evolve into the best version of themselves.
Research shows that;
1 in 3 girls will be unsupervised after school
3 in 10 girls will become pregnant by the age of 20
EGM results
98% of EG have increased mental awareness
100 of EG will pursue post-secondary education
97% of EG have developed leadership skills
