About the Founder:

Roechelle

As a Birmingham, Alabama native, Roechelle understands the challenges and adversity young women may encounter in life. She has a passion for mentoring and encouraging the youth. Roechelle aspires to work with young girls to help them uncover hidden talents, overcome obstacles, enhance confidence, and realize that accomplishing their goals will be possible with hard work and determination. Madam C.J. Walker once said, “Don’t sit down and wait for opportunities to come. Get up and make them.” Roechelle created ELITE Girls Mentoring to help young girls achieve their aspirations while building a sisterhood of support and life long friends. Roechelle has a diverse background with years of experience in management and teaching in the education system. Her commitment to the academic success of our youth allows her to seek numerous research and mentoring opportunities to better service our ELITE GIRLS. Roechelle currently works within the education industry, where she is committed to being an advocate for young girls.

This is a place where girls can grow into beautiful strong women.
